Sheri has been part of the Woman Within Community since October, 1993, when she did her first Woman Within Training at Delavan, Wisconsin. Sheri continually held the sacred energy of this organization in her heart through her unending service to Woman Within in reaching women around the world.

Sheri Zuccato died during the night of January 4th, 2007. Her mother says she didn't make a sound and she found her Thursday morning with a smile on her face.

Ruth and Richard Zuccato, and Pamela Grant, thank each of you for all of your prayers and warm wishes.

There will be no funeral services so, in lieu of flowers, we ask that you send contributions to "Odyssey Healthcare of Conroe" (the hospice folks who took such good care of her).

Their address is 100 I-45 North, Suite 300, Box 103, Conroe TX. 77301.

I was not there.

I chose to honor a committment to my daughter for her 11th birthday that was planned for the same day and time as this event.

I am doubly sad to miss Sheri and to miss an event that honors Sheri's life. I hope you know I was there in spirit as I was physically with my daughter and her friends in a joyful celebration of her life.

The memorial in Chicago was beautiful There was a fire in the fireplace, lots of food and flowers........we sang, we shared, we cried, we laughed, we cried , we drummed, we eat, we cried, we hugged....

A slide show of some photos of Sheri was playing on the TV in a room all the time we were there. This way we could view them as we wanted. Some of the photos were of a much younger Sheri and some more resent

The forty plus women that attended all felt and knew that Sheri was also there watching us. She will be with us all no matter where we are. When we call in our ancestors on our WWTW we will be calling in Sheri. I know that when I am on the carpet with a participant she will be there with me. I know if I get stuck all I have to do is say "What would Sheri do/say" and she will be right there guiding me.

Thank you to Esther Robertson, Monica Robinson and Carol Kahn for your time and energy to host this memorial. It was exactly what I needed to help move through my grief. I am very glad that I was able to come in from West Virgina.
